Your next chapter, beautifully arranged.
White-glove downsizing and move-in for Santa Barbara families. We sort, pack and set up the new home — then make sure the Wi-Fi, TV, phones and passwords work before the first night.
“Most move teams stop when the last box is unpacked. We stay until the house feels like home.”— Shaun Moore, Founder
Everything a move touches
Choose one service or hand us the whole transition. Every plan is built around your home and your pace.
- 01
Downsizing & sorting
Keep, gift, sell or donate — decided gently, room by room, with a floor plan of the new home.
- 02
Packing & white-glove setup
Careful packing, labeled boxes, and a home fully arranged — beds made, kitchen stocked, art hung.
- 03
Tech move-in
Internet and TV transferred; Wi-Fi, phones, printer and smart speakers working the same day.
- 04
Safe at home
Video doorbell, cameras and medical alert set up, with an app so family far away can check in.
- 05
Digital life organized
Password manager, account list, photo backup and key papers scanned — you always keep the keys.
- 06
Fresh Start clearing
A deep clean and a calm energy clearing — for the home you leave and the home you enter.
- 07
Estate clear-outs
Keepsakes set aside for family, estate sale and donations arranged, the home left broom-clean.
- 08
Ready to list
Declutter and light staging so the home photographs beautifully and sells well.
Walk in to a home that’s already yours.
On move-in night, there are no boxes to open. Your bed is made, your favorite chair is by the window, the photos are on the wall, and the TV turns on with the remote you know.
- Furniture placed from a floor plan made with you
- Kitchen, closets and bathrooms fully unpacked
- Wi-Fi, TV and phones tested before we leave
- Every box and scrap of packing paper taken away
Close one chapter. Open the next.
A move is more than logistics. Before you leave and when you arrive, we offer a two-part reset for the home.
Deep clean
Top-to-bottom cleaning of the empty home — before the sale, and before your first night in the new one.
Energy clearing
A quiet ritual of sage or sound, open windows and fresh air — a moment to say goodbye and to welcome what’s next.
Four calm steps
- I.
Private consult
A complimentary visit to walk the home, listen, and learn what matters most.
- II.
Your plan
A written plan and estimate, a floor plan for the new space and a tech checklist.
- III.
Moving week
We pack, coordinate licensed movers and unpack — family gets daily photo updates.
- IV.
Home
Everything in place, everything working, and a follow-up visit to be sure it feels right.
Helping Mom or Dad move — from another state?
We become your hands on the ground: daily photo updates, a video call on move-in night, and safety tech you can check from your phone.
One call for the move and the sale
We work alongside a trusted local realtor to prepare, list and sell the home — so the move and the sale stay on one calendar.
The Moore family
Shaun Moore owns West Coast Protech, the Goleta company that installs cameras, networks and home systems across Santa Barbara County. His wife is a local realtor who has guided families through moves for years.
Together we built the team we always wished our clients had — one that cares about the treasures, the paperwork and the passwords.
What families ask
What does it cost?
Every home and every move is different. After a complimentary consult, you receive a clear written estimate before any work begins.
Are you a moving company?
We plan, pack, unpack and set up. The truck and crew come from licensed, insured moving partners we coordinate for you.
Do you keep my passwords?
Never. We set up a secure password manager, and you or your family hold the master password.
Is the energy clearing required?
Not at all — it’s an optional part of Fresh Start. Many clients choose only the deep clean.
Can you help after a loved one has passed?
Yes. We work with families, executors and trustees to sort keepsakes, arrange sales and donations, and clear the home.
Which areas do you serve?
Santa Barbara · Montecito · Goleta · Carpinteria and nearby communities in Santa Barbara County.
